Website terms of use
These terms apply when you use liyagent.com, its documentation, and the hosted demo. If your organisation is a Liyagent customer, its use of our products is governed by its order form or master agreement, not by these terms.

Liyagent Private Limited is a private limited company being incorporated in India. Its Corporate Identity Number and registered office will be published here once issued. A UK company will follow.
01Who we are
The website is operated by Liyagent Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC230273, registered office [to be published]). You can reach us at privacy@liyagent.com for privacy matters and at sales@liyagent.com for everything else. By using the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
02Platform customers
Liyagent's products (TicketIQ and the Liya agents for IT, HR, SAP and finance), pilots and support are provided under a separate order form or master agreement and, where we process personal data for you, our Data Processing Addendum. If those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply. Agents in Microsoft Teams and other channels run for the customer that installed them, under that customer's agreement with us.
03Using the website and documentation
- You may read, download and print the website and documentation to learn about, evaluate and use our products. Code samples in the documentation may be used for that purpose.
- Do not: break or try to break the website's security or the demo's; probe, scan or load-test them; use them to send spam or malware; scrape them in a way that burdens them; misrepresent who you are in a form; or use them in breach of law. Report security issues to us privately instead; we welcome it.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, and may block access that breaks these terms.
04The hosted demo
- Demo accounts are for evaluating our products. They are personal to you; keep your password secret.
- The demo is set up with fictional data. Do not enter real personal data, confidential information or production credentials unless we have agreed a pilot with your organisation in writing.
- The demo's agents use AI models and their answers can be wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter.
- The demo is provided "as is", may change or be reset, and may be unavailable at times. We may end a demo account at any time; we delete its data as our privacy policy describes.
05Intellectual property
The website, documentation, demo, product names (Liyagent, TicketIQ, Liya) and logos belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no other rights in them. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
06Links to other sites
We link to other websites (for example GitHub, LinkedIn and X). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
07Disclaimers and liability
The website, documentation and demo are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of them, and our total liability to you for that use is limited to INR 10,000 (or its equivalent). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
08Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data, and the privacy request form is how to exercise your rights.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and the version on the website when you use it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
