# Liyagent > Liyagent builds governed AI agents for enterprise work: IT service (TicketIQ), HR, SAP, Salesforce and finance, all generally available. Agents triage and answer requests inside the systems a company already runs, hold risky steps for a person to approve, and record every step in a tamper-evident audit log. Liyagent is self-hosted in the customer's own cloud or data centre and works with the AI models the customer chooses. Key facts: - **TicketIQ** is the IT service desk product: it takes tickets in from Microsoft Teams, email, Jira and ServiceNow, classifies, prioritises and routes them, folds duplicates into one known issue, and drafts answers grounded in the customer's own knowledge base, each with a confidence band. The assistant users talk to is called Liya. - **HR, SAP, Salesforce and Finance agents** are generally available: HR answers from the HR record (Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors); SAP S/4HANA plant maintenance (with predictive maintenance), purchasing, sales, stock, supplier invoices and master data, SAP Field Service Management dispatch, and the published APIs of other SAP products — directly over SAP's APIs with a person confirming each agent call, or through the customer's own SAP Integration Suite MCP gateway; Liya for Salesforce, which answers from Salesforce records as the signed-in person and runs Flows, invocable actions and Prompt Builder templates, with every write held for approval by default; and Liya Finance, which matches supplier invoices to purchase orders (NetSuite, Dynamics 365), flags variances beyond a tolerance, holds a mismatched invoice for AP approval and answers spend questions from Ramp. Liyagent is not affiliated with SAP or Salesforce. - **Self-hosted**: runs as Docker containers, on Kubernetes or on a single VM, with PostgreSQL as its system of record, inside the customer's network. - **Bring your own model**: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (Ollama, vLLM, OpenRouter, Groq, Cerebras, models on your own GPUs), with per-agent model chains, fallbacks and spend budgets. - **Governance**: Cedar policies decide which person or agent may do what; guardrails check every model input and output for prompt injection, PII and denied topics; kill switches stop one agent, a channel or the whole fleet; budgets cap spend per agent, team and tenant; human approval where you want it; built-in red-team runs; and a reply cannot claim an action no tool call made. - **Audit**: every call, cost and decision is written to a hash-chained audit log that can be verified and exported. - **Identity**: OIDC single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google or any OIDC provider, and SCIM 2.0 provisioning from Entra ID, Okta or any SCIM directory. - **Open protocols**: agents call tools over MCP (Model Context Protocol) and talk agent-to-agent (A2A); the full HTTP API is described by an OpenAPI schema. - **Engagement**: a demo, a 4–6 week pilot in the customer's environment, then production. Contact: sales@liyagent.com. - **Try it live**: https://liyagent.com/try lets anyone, without signing up, ask Liya to work in a sample CRM of invented companies: changes wait for the visitor's approval and every step lands in a hash-chained trail. - **Agent finder**: https://liyagent.com/start asks a few questions about the work, the systems and the approvals needed, and drafts a blueprint of the agent that fits. - **Company**: Liyagent, also known as Agent Liya and AgentLiya (agentliya.com). Founded in 2026 in Bengaluru, India, by Pavan Kumar Guthikonda, for customers in India and the United Kingdom; the company is being incorporated in India and in the United Kingdom.
